We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Damaged or defective products

Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo — we'll take it from there.

Because each piece is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or colour selections. When in doubt, check our size guide before ordering — and remember, sizing up gives you that cozy, relaxed fit our shirts are made for.
